Shipping

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before your order is shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free shipping on orders over 95€.

For orders below this threshold, shipping rates are as follows:

Spain (Peninsula): 5€, estimated delivery 2–4 business days.
Europe (France, Italy, Portugal): 6€, estimated delivery 3–6 business days.
Rest of Europe: 8€, estimated delivery 4–7 business days.
United States & Canada: 15€, estimated delivery 5–10 business days.
Other American Countries: 22€, estimated delivery 7–14 business days.
Asia / Oceania: 22€, estimated delivery 7–14 business days.
Africa: 22€, estimated delivery 7–14 business days.

All shipments include tracking. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to local postal services or customs procedures.

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all pieces are handmade, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is defective or damaged.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact support@lafestudio.com within 7 days of receipt, including photos. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

Exchanges are accepted for a different color if requested within 7 days of delivery. Conditions:

Item must be unused
Item must be in original condition
Request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as production may have already begun.
